The Rosary Miracle at Harvard
In May 2014, plans for a public “black mass” at Harvard deeply shocked the faithful. In response, Catholics across Boston turned to the powerful weapon of the Rosary. A Holy Hour of Adoration was held at the same time the blasphemous ritual was scheduled, as the faithful gathered in Harvard Square and nearby churches to pray the Rosary in reparation and implore Our Lady’s protection. An estimated 2,000 people joined in prayer, and soon obstacles arose for the organizers—the venue was withdrawn, support collapsed, and the event was canceled.
Many saw this as a modern miracle of the Rosary, a visible sign of Mary’s intercession and the triumph of prayer over evil.
