Special Lift Campaign
Please help us make the soon-to-be renovated Essex Street church entrance handicap accessible to both the upper and lower churches. The fire insurance will cover a new accessible bathroom but we have to raise funds to install two lifts. The space configuration does not allow for one continuous lift at a comparable cost.
The goal is to raise $125,000.00
The new daily Mass chapel, gift shop and shrine museum will all be in the lower level, which is not presently handicap accessible. Also, our present ramp is quite steep and not up to current standard. Surely Our Blessed Mother will be pleased that all her children will be able to visit her special shrine, especially the sick and the elderly. Thank you very much for your help.
