Some of the friars will be traveling to Savannah, GA for the October 31st beatification of Pedro De Corpa and his four companion martyrs. They were Franciscan missionaries from Spain who were killed in 1597, in what is now the State of Georgia, for their defense of the Sacrament of Marriage. We will drive down in the shrine van, leaving on the afternoon of Thursday, October 29th and returning on Monday, November 2nd. We have space for about ten people if anyone would like to join us.

We are working on accommodations so the exact expenses are not yet known but likely will be around $150.00 plus food costs. Financial help is available if needed. Please contact the shrine office ASAP if you are interested.
