Among all the fanfare leading up to the Feast of the Three Saints on September 6, we honor Saints Alfio, Filadelfo and Cirino at the 10:00am Mass. The Feast of the Three Saints is a story about true faith and love of God. We should take advantage of all the opportunities to enrich our faith and the faith of our children in all stages of life.

Faith doesn’t just happen. It is nourished by the Sacraments and daily reverence for God in Sacred Scripture. Our children wouldn’t think of participating in any sport or any other extra curriculum activity without giving it their all in time and practice. So too, children who faithfully attend Faith Formation classes should absorb all the textbook teachings and take them to heart by attending Mass and give glory and praise to God by living a life centered around goodness and true happiness that stems from a good heart. ~ Anita Sapienza
