Every year on Mother’s Day we honor the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth with a May Procession and Crowning. We sing her praises. Teresa Flores Rodríguez received the sacrament of Holy Communion this year and cheerfully accepted to do the crowning. One way we keep the Blessed Virgin Mary close to our Hearts is by observing her feast days and prayer the Rosary.

As our loving mother, she intercedes for us in communicating to her son, Jesus, what is on our minds that sometimes can lead to unnecessary anxiety. Placing our trust in her and the power of prayer can give us hope an courage to forge on with steadfast determination to conquer.
